Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals & social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and maintain hiring pipeline
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation
Support on boarding and joining formalities
Assist in attendance and HR data management
Employee Engagement
- Help organize team activities and engagement programs
Support internal communication initiatives
Administrative Support
- Prepare HR reports and maintain databases
Assist in daily HR activities and coordination
Skills & Requirements
- Pursuing or completed MBA in HR
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Emailing
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
