Job Description

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel requirements for our global clients. This is a high-impact role requiring technical proficiency in GDS systems and a commitment to customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling flight reservations, air ticketing, and itinerary management.
• Managing complex Reissues and Refunds manually.
• Assisting customers via a blended process (calls and emails/chat).
• Ensuring high levels of accuracy in bookings and documentation.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who meet the following mandatory criteria:

• GDS Expertise: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Amadeus using Cryptic Mode / Manual Commands.
• Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in Air Ticketing, Reservations, Reissues, and Refunds.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Background: Prior experience in the travel domain is mandatory.
• Availability: We are prioritizing Immediate Joiners.
