Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront implementation Specialist to lead the implementation enhancement operations and optimization of Adobe Workfront Platform This role will partner closely with marketing analytics IT and data teams to unify customer data enable realtime personalization and activate audiences across channels

The ideal candidate has deep handson experience with Adobe Workfront Platform strong data engineering fundamentals and a passion for turning customer data into actionable insights

Key Responsibilities

Adobe Workfront Configuration Enhancement and Operational Support

Lead endtoend management of Adobe Workfront Platform

Manage the upkeep of the Platform provide configuration support and help implement enhancements to the platform as needed

Configure Workflows Processes and schemas

Manage integration with CRM web mobile offline and thirdparty systems

Enable activation to downstream platforms Adobe Experience Manager Adobe Campaign Adobe Journey Optimizer Adobe Target paid media email etc

Support realtime and batch audience activation strategies

Partner with marketing analytics and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Provide technical guidance and best practices for Workfront usage

Support testing validation and ongoing optimization

Create technical documentation implementation guides and data flow diagrams

Train internal teams on Adobe Workfront capabilities and processes

Stay current on Adobe Workfront platform updates and roadmap changes

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience implementing Adobe Workfront platform

Strong understanding of Workfront Core and Fusion

Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with JSON

Understanding of data privacy consent management and governance frameworks

Adobe certifications Adobe Workfront is mandatory

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Campaign Adobe Journey Optimizer Adobe Target or Adobe Analytics is desirable
