Very good knowledge in ADOAzure Dev Ops
Drive project planning scheduling and financial management to meet organizational goals Manage project scope and change requests to maintain alignment with business objectives Implement quality management processes to ensure deliverables meet defined standards Establish and maintain project governance frameworks to support transparency and accountability Monitor and mitigate risks and crises to minimize project impact Coordinate crossfunctional teams and resources for optimal project execution Foster strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate communication and collaboration
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead resource management efforts ensuring the right skills are allocated effectively across projects Engage stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements provide updates and manage expectations Oversee benefits management to ensure projects deliver intended value Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation and approval processes Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential issues Ensure adherence to project governance policies and compliance standards Mentor and guide project managers and team members to enhance performance and professional growth
