Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in research and development, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct experiments and collect data to support research projects.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform research decisions.
Develop and implement new research methods and techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve research goals.
Prepare and present research reports and findings to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, or pharmacy.
Strong understanding of research principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
