Job Title: Research Associate Advance Biotech Lab Bioassay
Designation: Junior Research Associate / Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
Department: Advance Biotech Lab - Bioassay
Function: Assay development and qualification of receptor binding assay using SPR method- hands on experience on Biacore T200/8K software.
Location: Mumbai (Kandivali)
Basic Qualifications: B.Sc (Chemistry), B.Tech
Desired Qualification: M.Sc.(Biotechnology), M.Tech, M.Pharm, PhD
Experience in years: 2 years to 11 years
Reporting to : Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
To perform the experiments planned for techniques such as SPR, ELISA and documentation.
Execution of experiment as per defined procedures and required documentation for the same.
Data compilation for sample analysis, method development and qualification experiments.
Preparation of protocols and reports for method development and qualification.
Inventory management and laboratory maintenance.
Studying and following the general lab SOPs thoroughly.
Product characterization using SPR technique, ELISA.
General instrument SOP preparation.
Documentation.Key Competencies: Handling of statistical software such as Softmax Pro, Biacore analysis software and PLA.
Assay development and qualification of receptor binding assay using SPR method- hands on experience on Biacore T200/8K software.
Preparation of SOPs, method development, qualification and similarity report.Handling Human blood and separation of PBMCs
FACS based assays using human PBMCs
Separation of Monocytes, Macrophages, T cells from human PBMCs on the basis of CD markers using FACS
Differentiation of Monocytes to Macrophages and detection using FACS
