Role Overview

We are hiring Senior Windows Administrators to support and maintain enterprise Windows infrastructure, handle incident management, and ensure system availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
• Monitor and troubleshoot Wintel environments
• Manage IIS servers
• Support Active Directory and DNS
• Handle patching using WSUS
• Troubleshoot server and OS related issues
• Support VMware / Hyper-V environments
• Monitor system logs and performance
• Work on incident and change management tools
• Support production infrastructure

Technical Skills Required

Primary Skills

• Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022
• Active Directory / DNS
• IIS Administration
• VMware / Hyper-V
• WSUS Patch Management

Secondary Skills

• PowerShell (Basic / Intermediate)
• Clustering / DFS (Good to have)
• Monitoring tools (OPManager preferred)
• Antivirus management
• Basic networking knowledge

Preferred Candidate

• 59 years Wintel experience
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Production support experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
