Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator PM to manage enterprise Windows infrastructure, lead operations, and drive high availability and performance across production environments.
The role involves technical leadership, stakeholder management, and handling critical infrastructure incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Windows Infrastructure operations and support team
- Manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments
- Handle major incidents (Production Node Down, Domain Controller Issues, Hardware Failures)
- Manage High Availability environments (Clustering, NLB, DFS)
- Oversee IIS administration and troubleshooting
- Lead patching and upgrade activities (WSUS)
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, GPO configurations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Monitor infrastructure using OPManager
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Ensure documentation and compliance adherence
- Manage change, incident, and problem management processes
Technical Skills Required
Primary Skills
- Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022
- Active Directory / DNS / GPO
- IIS Administration
- VMware / Hyper-V
- Clustering / NLB / DFS
- WSUS Patch Management
Secondary Skills
- PowerShell scripting
- Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS Good to have)
- Antivirus / Security Tools
- Monitoring Tools (OPManager preferred)
