Role Objective:
Execute daily outlet visits, support order collection, and ensure product visibility at the retail level.
Key KPIs:
Outlet visits: 40 per day
Productive calls: 60%
New outlets added: 1020/month
Beat adherence: 100%
Daily reporting compliance: 100%
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution
Visit assigned outlets as per daily beat plan
Support order booking and ensure billing
Market Coverage
Identify and onboard new retail outlets
Ensure product availability and visibility
Retail Execution
Implement schemes and display materials
Maintain strong retailer relationships
Adherence to submit Feedback form
Reporting & Discipline
Punch-in/out via company app (GPS mandatory)
Submit daily activity reports
Systems:
Mandatory usage of FieldAssist / Unolo
GPS tracking, route tracking, and visit validation
Qualification:
Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
FMCG experience preferred
