Job Description

Visit customers to collect overdue EMI payments.

Handle field collections and recovery cases.

Follow up with customers for pending loan repayments.

Negotiate and arrange repayment schedules.

Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
-
Ensure compliance with company collection policies and procedures.

Achieve monthly recovery targets.

Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

0-4 years experience in collections, recovery, or field sales.

Experience in NBFC / Banking collections preferred.
-
Good communication and negotiation skills.
-
Two-wheeler and driving license preferred for field visits.
