Job Description:

We are hiring a Custom Software Engineer with expertise in Salesforce Conga CLM to design, build, and configure applications aligned with business processes and requirements. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, application customization, and continuous improvement of system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce Conga CLM solutions
• Understand and analyze business requirements to deliver effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery
• Customize and configure applications within Salesforce environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Document technical specifications and configurations
• Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to technical challenges
• Support and guide junior team members

Required Skills (Must Have):

• Strong experience in Salesforce Conga CLM
• Hands-on experience in CLM configuration and customization
• Experience in integration with enterprise applications (APIs, REST/SOAP)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce platform knowledge (Apex, Lightning Components)
• Understanding of application lifecycle management
• Experience with version control systems
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CLM
• 15 years of full-time education (mandatory)
