As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:- Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with application servers and web services development.
- Familiarity with database integration and query optimization techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
