• Manage and maintain Jira tickets for efficient issue tracking and resolution.
• Develop and implement scripts using Groovy to automate processes and improve productivity.
• Analyze and optimize SQL queries for better data retrieval and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
