Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Senior Executive Administration & Accounting (Regional) will be responsible for centrally coordinating administrative and accounting activities for the Australia region. This role requires close collaboration with local vendors, insurance brokers, regional stakeholders, and internal finance teams to ensure smooth operational management, compliance, and financial accuracy.

The position demands strong administration knowledge, vendor coordination capability, and sound accounting understanding to effectively support regional operations.


  • Regional Administration
  • Centrally manage and coordinate all administrative activities for the Australia region.
  • Liaise with local Australian vendors, service providers, and insurance brokers for renewals, compliance, and service delivery.
  • Handle policy renewals (insurance, AMC, licenses, etc.) in coordination with regional stakeholders and ensure timely approvals.
  • Oversee infrastructure requirements including office setup, maintenance coordination, and operational support.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for regional compliance and audits.
  • Monitor and control administrative budgets for the Australia region.
  • Ensure vendor performance tracking, contract management, and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with outsourced resources (as applicable) and ensure process alignment.
  • Accounting & Financial Coordination
  • Process and verify vendor invoices related to Australia operations.
  • Coordinate with the central finance team for timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Maintain expense trackers and support monthly MIS reporting for the region.
  • Assist in budget planning and variance analysis for regional administrative expenses.
  • Ensure adherence to company financial policies and accounting standards.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP and Ariba will be an added advantage

Support internal and external audits with required documentation


Experience

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Administration & Accounting roles.
  • Experience handling regional operations or international coordination is preferred.
