    Position:

    Personnel cum Admin Executive

    Job Summary:

    The Personnel cum Admin Executive will be responsible for managing overall administrative operations, HR functions, and facility development activities. The role focuses on ensuring smooth plant operations, maintaining discipline, handling employee lifecycle processes, and supporting management in strategic and operational initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Administration & Facility Management
    Oversee development and maintenance of plant infrastructure (canteen, stores, shop floor, lighting, ventilation, lifts, etc.)
    Manage security systems, CCTV surveillance, and gate operations
    Ensure workplace discipline (uniforms, safety gear, mobile usage policies, etc.)
    Supervise housekeeping, sanitation, and shop floor cleanliness
    Handle transport, material movement, drivers, and vehicle management
    Manage scrap yard operations and disposal processes
    Coordinate machine shifting, foundation work, and plant expansion projects
    Maintain utilities: water supply, RO systems, plumbing, sewage, and drainage
    Oversee company vehicle maintenance and insurance
    Manage horticulture and factory surroundings
    Ensure proper lighting, ventilation, and industrial fan arrangements
    Handle stationery and general administrative supplies
    Liaise with contractors (civil, electrical, government bodies like PGVCL, etc.)
    Coordinate with safety officers and factory inspectors
    2. HR Functions
    Manage end-to-end recruitment (workers, staff, and management)
    Coordinate campus hiring (ITI & Engineering colleges)
    Conduct exit interviews and manage employee lifecycle
    Implement performance management systems and KRAs
    Handle training, development, and skill enhancement programs
    Maintain leave records and regulate attendance systems
    Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
    Manage employee health, safety, and welfare systems
    Develop grievance redressal mechanisms
    Handle industrial relations and conflict resolution
    Implement disciplinary actions and maintain company culture
    Plan compensation, benefits, incentives, and reward systems
    Ensure compliance with ISO standards and implement systems like SAP
    3. Compliance & Safety
    Monitor insurance (employees, vehicles, plant & machinery)
    Ensure fire and safety policy implementation
    Maintain safe working environment across plant
    Handle audits, inspections, and statutory compliance
    4. Strategic & Support Functions
    Act as a support function to senior management (PA role)
    Follow up on action plans and key initiatives
    Streamline processes for smooth production and workforce stability
    Manage travel arrangements for employees and visitors
    Required Qualifications:
    Graduate in any discipline (HR/Admin preferred)
    MBA/PGDM in HR/Admin (preferred)
    Experience:
    510 years in HR & Administration (preferably in manufacturing industry)
    Key Skills:
    Strong administrative and organizational skills
    Knowledge of labor laws (PF, ESI, compliance)
    Facility and plant management experience
    Leadership and team handling ability
    Good communication and interpersonal skills
    Problem-solving and decision-making skills
    ERP/SAP knowledge (preferred)
    Preferred Traits:
    Disciplined and process-driven
    Proactive and result-oriented
    Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
    Strong coordination and follow-up skills
