Job Description

Candidate should have experience in IT services delivery lead , Application development, Application modernization , etc
Candidate must have been involved in Delivery Management across multiple accounts
Should have experience in T&M, Fixed price and Managed services models
The Delivery leader will have to manage daily delivery operations, Manage P&L, coordinate with all functions as required, lead a team, own client communications closely, work on new deals and drive overall ownership and accountability of accounts
Candidate should be hands-on in delivery management/project management processes and practices. He/she should be able to mentor his subordinates setting himself as an example.
Candidate should have a strong understanding of P&C insurance
Candidate will have to work on new client acquisitions and should have strong solutioning ability Prior experience in presales is mandatory
Candidate should have scaled and handled large accounts
Candidate should have good understanding of different project estimation methodologies, financial risk assessment and management
