Delivery Manager @ Capgemini

Job Description

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading endtoend delivery of projects within their respective technology portfolios (Adobe, Salesforce, Pega, Dynamics, Contact Center). The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, driving governance, and leading crossfunctional teams to achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage endtoend delivery across assigned accounts and technology platforms.
• Drive project planning, execution, timelines, budgets, and quality adherence.
• Manage client expectations, handle escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee solution design, development, testing, deployment, and postproduction support.
• Govern delivery metricsvelocity, utilization, quality, SLA/OLA compliance, financials.
• Coordinate with architects, technical leads, and multiskill teams for successful program execution.
• Ensure adherence to Capgemini delivery standards, methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
• Manage resource planning, team performance, coaching, and capability development.
• Partner with sales and presales teams for proposals, estimations, and account growth.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.

Experience Required

• 14 to 25 years of overall experience with strong delivery and clientmanagement exposure.
• Proven expertise in at least one of the following technologies:
• Adobe
• Salesforce
• Pega
• Dynamics
• Contact Center Technologies
• Experience leading large, distributed teams and multiphase programs.
