We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, resolving their queries, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Resolve customer issues effectively and maintain service quality
• Follow company communication guidelines and call scripts
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: 6 Months and Above
• Excellent English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts
