Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage counter sales at the jewelry store, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making personalized recommendations on jewelry pieces.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new collections, trends, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in apparel, footwear, fashion, gold, gems & jewellery retail sales or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.
