Mentor, coach, and develop TLs/ABHs and team members.
Handle critical people issues and succession planning.
Drive campaign effectiveness, SLA adherence, and productivity.
Weekly reviews of TLs/ABHs on running campaigns.
Ensure 80%+ login-to-issuance ratio as per defined TAT.
Share best practices and ensure process efficiencies.
Ensure smooth technological support and CRM utilization.
Address escalations and activity-related complaints.
Maintain strong process adherence and quality standards (QRC closure, call quality monitoring).
Use data-driven insights for cross-sell and business expansion.
Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
Collaborate with risk teams for proactive risk mitigation.
