Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and offers extended.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or sales hiring preferred.
MBA/PGDM from any specialization is mandatory

Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently.
