Job Description

Job Title: HR Intern

Company: IndiaMART InterMESH Limited
Location: Sector 135, Noida (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 5,000 per month + Incentives
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates from job portals
Screening resumes and shortlisting profiles
Conducting telephonic HR interviews
Scheduling interviews with hiring managers
Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
Coordinating documentation and onboarding process

Eligibility Criteria:

MBA / BBA / Graduate (HR preferred)
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Immediate joiners preferred
Comfortable working from office (Noida)
