Location: PUNE

Role Type: Field Role (Daily Travel) | Working Days: Monday - Saturday

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Drive offline demand generation through cold calling and face-to-face meetings with corporates, organizations, and clients to sell OYOs portfolio.
  • Identify, onboard, and develop a strong network of channel partners to drive sustained demand.
  • Understand client requirements and customize product pitches to close deals effectively.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales life cycle from onboarding to deal closure and client retention for repeat business within the assigned market.
  • Maintain monthly sales trackers and ensure timely collection of receivables from accounts.
  • Conduct regular market research, track competitor activity, and perform data mining to generate new demand avenues.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Ensuring occupancy (URN) growth month-on-month
  • Regular pulsing and engagement of client accounts
  • Achieving revenue targets from active accounts

Required Skills

  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical and data-driven approach
  • Effective internal stakeholder management

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 2 to 7 years of experience
  • Strong background in B2B sales
  • Experience in hospitality and/or travel industry is an added advantage
