Role & responsibilities:
Sales Execution: Actively visit industrial areas and offices to generate leads and sell annual health checkup packages to new clients.
Client Outreach: Schedule meetings and deliver simple presentations to HR and admin staff to explain the benefits of our health services and why they are required by law.
Target Achievement: Work diligently to achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with client contacts to encourage repeat business and contract renewals.
Reporting: Keep track of all sales visits and client information using basic reporting tools (like Excel or a simple CRM).
Market Knowledge: Leverage previous healthcare knowledge to understand our services and basic labour laws regarding employee health checkups to answer client questions effectively.
Skills Sets:-
Good verbal communication skills (English and local language).
Confident and presentable appearance for client meetings.
Strong desire to work in a field sales environment and meet targets.
Basic computer skills (email, Excel).
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
Ownership of a two-wheeler (preferred for travel within territory).
