Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Technical Support Associate. This role is ideal for candidates who have recently completed their BCA or B.Sc degree in 2024 or 2025 and are eager to start their professional career. Candidates from any specialization or field experience (up to 6 months) are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist team members in day-to-day operational or technical tasks.

• Learn and understand company processes, tools, and workflows.

• Support projects, documentation, and data management activities.

• Collaborate with different teams to complete assigned tasks.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports when required.

• Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors degree in BCA or B.Sc (2024 or 2025 pass-out).

• 0 6 months of experience in any field (internship or job).

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.

• Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
