Job Description

Job Summary:

Hiring for Journey Management Advisor (Inbound Voice Process) role supporting global operations. This is a B2B Customer Service Role focused on journey safety monitoring and real-time driver support.

Candidates must have strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, and the capability to handle critical or emergency situations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound voice calls related to journey approvals and monitoring.
  • Provide real-time support to drivers during active journeys
  • Assist drivers in case of delay, route deviation, or incidents
  • Ensure compliance with Journey Management protocols
  • Escalate emergency situations as per SOP
  • Coordinate with global internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills in US English
  • Strong Decision-Making and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle unscripted and situational calls
  • High sense of ownership and accountability
  • Empathetic approach during critical situations
  • Comfortable working in US rotational shifts

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in International Voice Process / Freshers can Apply too.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Walk-in / Inhouse Interviews Only.
  • Graduate / Undergraduate Both can Apply.
  • 1 Year of experience in International Voice Process preferred (Freshers can Apply too)
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.

Work Location:

5th, Floor, K-10 Liberty Tower, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400708.
