Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise civil construction activities such as land leveling, foundations for module mounting structures, inverter rooms, cable trenches, and roads.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
Monitor daily construction progress and report status to the Project Manager.
Conduct site surveys, marking, and layout work for solar structures and associated civil infrastructure.
Verify alignment, levels, and dimensions according to engineering drawings.

Ensure quality standards for concrete works, foundation works, and structural installations.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a Civil / Site Engineer to manage and supervise civil works for utility-scale or rooftop solar projects. The engineer will be responsible for site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring civil construction activities are completed safely, on time, and within project specifications.
