Job Description
should have deep and hands-on knowledge in execution of the following areas :
1. Project Execution& Coordination:
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of school and institutional construction projects.
- Preparation of project plans, schedules, and progress tracking.
- Review and interpretation of drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
- Monitoring site activities to ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
2. MIS & Reports, Budget vs. Actual, Audit Observations & Closure
- Preparation of functional MIS, reports, dashboards, and presentations for departmental reviews.
- Development and monitoring of project schedules and progress reports.
- Preparation of project/FMA budgets and tracking of expenses against approved budgets.
- Analysis of operational and project-related expenses with recommendations for cost optimization.
- Handling audit observations (financial and compliance) and ensuring timely closure.
- Maintenance of records and reports related to EHS, statutory, and internal compliance
3. Vendor Management:
- Coordination with cross-functional teams for timely onboarding and renewal of vendor agreements and rate contracts.
- Vendor evaluation, performance monitoring, and preparation of feedback reports.
- Coordination for billing, documentation, and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
