Job Description:
Your Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee in HR with a strong focus on recruitment.
The role involves supporting the end-to-end hiring process, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early career professionals to gain hands-on exposure in talent acquisition and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and other platforms to attract potential candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Assist in conducting reference checks and preparing offer letters.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Participate in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events.
Assist HR team member is ad-hoc activities.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and email drafting.
Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
