Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle Customer/Client queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in an international voice process.
Fluent English communication skills with excellent verbal/written communication abilities.
Strong knowledge of US processes (US Blended process) including airline industry terminology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic of Networking( Routing/Switching/Protocols)
