Location: Chennai Must-Have Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Must have working experience on W2 requirements and developer roles.
• Proven Hands-on experience in IT & Engineering recruitment
• Direct client exposure with W2 hiring experience
• End to End US Staffing Recruitment with strong focus on targets, closures, and delivery
• Have good experience in hiring positions like Java Developer, .Net Developer, Data Architect, DevOps Engineer, UI/Front-End Developer/UX Designer, Product Owner/Scrum Master, Systems Analyst/Engineer, SDET, Full Stack Developer.

Key Skills:

• Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, Etc
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for federal, state, and commercial clients across IT & Engineering
• Source candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking, building and maintaining an active pipeline of technical & functional professionals, ensuring a quick response to open requisitions.
• Close technical and functional requirements within the given submission time frame for both government and commercial clients, leading to higher chances of interview shortlisting & ensuring 50%+ submission-to-interview ratio.
• Conduct technical screenings ensuring client alignment,
• Responsible for setting up interviews, arranging & leading interview prep sessions, reducing last-minute dropouts
• Proficient in ATS (Job Diva) and W2, C2C, C2H hiring, ensuring compliance and 100% accurate background checks
