Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain personal loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM.
- Coordinate with the processing team for smooth loan disbursement.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.in English and Hindi or English with two south languages
- Good knowledge of personal loan products and banking process.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell personal loan products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
