Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential leads or handle incoming customer inquiries.
Sales Generation: Pitch products or services, handle objections, and close sales over the phone.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
Database Management: Accurately update CRM systems and maintain detailed customer records.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company offerings to provide accurate information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and telephone systems.
Education: High school diploma; a Bachelors degree is a plus.
Disposition: Persuasive, persistent, and results-driven.
