HR Reporting Sutherland

Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (Level 3)

Experience: 4 - 6 Years in HR Reporting

Job Location: Chennai, India WFH

US Shifts only

Job Description:

• Preparation of excel reports for HR Stakeholders on daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly as required by COEs and HR Analysts supporting business (Payroll, Colleague experience and Retention).
• Monthly/Quarterly regulatory reports for HR stakeholders consisting of Monthly/Quarterly Excel spreadsheet analysis & Power Point Presentation
• Ad-hoc and recurring slides/presentation requests by HR stakeholders based on changing priorities / emerging needs
• Support on data preparation and validation tasks for workforce studies and other reports
• Power BI Knowledge is an added advantage
• Excel Macro Skill is an added advantage

Qualification and Professional Experience:

• MBA in HR & Marketing from a recognized university
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR Reporting

Technical Abilities:

• Strong interpretation skill and ability to efficiently evaluate process implications.
• Excellent time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent in MS Office Tools (Excel & Power Point is Must & Power BI, Excel Macros is added advantage)
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent team player with good soft skills
• Ability to work with cross-cultural teams
