Surya Global Flexifilms Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging films seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR department. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and grow within a dynamic manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Support :
- Assist in job posting, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics
- Maintain candidate databases and track application status
Onboarding & Employee Administration :
- Prepare onboarding documents and induction materials
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Process new hire paperwork and compliance requirements
Payroll & Attendance Management :
- Support payroll processing and salary calculations
- Track daily attendance and prepare reports
- Maintain leave records and attendance documentation
Employee Records & Compliance :
- File and organize HR documents systematically
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Update HR management systems and databases
HR Operations Support :
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Support HR initiatives and internal communications
- Handle routine HR queries from employees
Data Management :
- Prepare HR reports and analytics
- Maintain spreadsheets and databases
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Familiarity with HR concepts and processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and compliance (preferred)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualification :
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred.
