Job Description
Job Title: IT Head
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8 to 12 YearsWe are looking for an experienced IT Head to lead and manage the organizations IT infrastructure and technology operations. The role will be responsible for aligning technology strategies with business objectives while ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient IT systems.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and team leadership, along with the ability to drive technology initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.
- Manage enterprise applications and ensure system integration.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks.
- Manage external vendors, technology partners, and service providers.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team.
- Manage IT budgets, resource planning, and technology investments.
- Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
- 8 to 12 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, and enterprise systems.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
