Job Description

Role: Oracle Functional Consultant (Benefits Module)

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: 100% Remote

Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM(Must work EST time zone)

Position: 6-12 Months Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Benefits module. The ideal candidate must have stable project history, excellent communication skills, and experience working with reputed organizations.

Mandatory Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Benefits.
Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle EBS HRMS (clearly mentioned in profile).
Minimum 7+ years of Oracle Functional experience.
Must have worked multiple years in the same project (no frequent short-term projects).
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote EST environment.
