Role: Oracle MFCS Support Consultant (L2/L3)
Working Model: Hybrid (*Mandatory Flexibility to support night shifts)
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Merchandising Support Consultant with 6+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising (MFCS).
- The consultant will be responsible for providing L2 and L3 support, ensuring the stability, performance, and seamless operation of Oracle Merchandising and integration systems in a retail environment.
- The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, supporting business operations, optimizing system performance, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth integration across systems.
