Role & responsibilities -SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

The Airport Field Support Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support for airport operational systems,

including passenger check-in, boarding, baggage handling, kiosks, departure control systems,

network/infra components.

The role ensures minimal downtime, timely issue resolution, and seamless coordination with airport authorities, airlines, and IT operations teams.
