Business Operations Analyst The Account Operations team is responsible for enabling accounts to plug revenue leakage and improve operational efficiency through administrative assistance, automation for account operational efficiency and insightful data.
Role Description
The mission of the Business Operations Analyst is to improve processes that enable a smooth and highly professional operation of the account.
You will work with the CLT, delivery managers and clients to create robust and scalable processes for staffing, people support, financial tracking and forecasting, invoicing, time and expenses tracking and review.The role includes:
Role is similar to Account PMO role.
Timesheet reconciliations
Budget tracking and PO burn
Pairing with Account Receivable for Invoice generation
Onboarding/Offboarding in client systems
KPIs reviews (Revenue, Client gross margin, Average Bill Rate, Utilisation)
Communication skills very good.
