    Location: Tech Mahindra Ltd. B-19  B block opposite DME College sector - 62 Noida
    Job Type: FullTime (Fresher/Experienced)


    Job Overview

    Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Care Executives for its Domestic Banking Process at the Noida location. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with calling experience who want to build a career in customer service.


    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
    • Assist customers and resolve queries over the phone.
    • Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer support.
    • Work on rotational processes as per business requirements.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Age: 18 to 32 years
    • Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Both eligible)
    • Languages: Good Hindi & English speaking skills are mandatory.
    • Experience:
      • Freshers are eligible
      • Experienced candidates (6+ months in customer service) preferred

    Shift Timings

    24*7 flexible working hours for Male associates/

    Day Shifts for females

    One side cab facility in odd hours

     


    Working Days

    • 5 days a week
    • 2 rotational weekly offs (Not necessarily Saturday/Sunday)
