Accurately log customer interactions and update details in internal systems
Meet performance benchmarks related to call quality, resolution efficiency, and CSAT metrics
Experience : 1 to 6 years in International Voice Process / BPO / Customer Support
Role : Customer Support Executive International Voice (US Process)
Shifts : Rotational shifts aligned with US time zones
