Job Description

    We are looking for a Telecaller to handle patient calls, provide information about diagnostic services, and assist with appointment bookings 

    • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries

    • Provide details about tests, packages, and timings

    • Schedule and confirm appointments

    • Make follow-up calls to patients

    • Maintain basic call and patient records

    • Good communication skills

    • Basic computer knowledge

    • Polite and patient-friendly attitude

    • Prior experience in telecalling (preferred but not mandatory
