Cluster Head - ADRVJob Summary:
Manage a team of 10 Advisor Development and Retention Managers ( ADRMs)
Supervise team of ADRMs
ADRMs will be assigned team of 15-30 existing advisors and not responsible for new advisor recruitment
Drive month-on-month activation and retention of assigned advisors
Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:
Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of ADRMs
and Advisors
Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team
of ADRMs and advisors.
Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently
Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by
maintaining the Persistency standards.
Training and Development of the team of ADRMs,
advisors for new product launches / revision in the
existing policies.
Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.
Work with other functions / departments and work
towards solving roadblocks faced by team of ADRMs and
advisors
Measures of Success:
New Business Premium Sourced
Advisor Activation && Productivity month
on month
Cross-Sell Conversion
Meeting Persistency standards
ADRMs meeting standards
Adhering to Input behaviors as per the
defined standards
