The Relationship Incharge is responsible for generating revenue for the retail outlet by increasing footfall by handling inbound and outbound calls and walk-ins and also ensuring proper upkeep of the retail outlet.
Skills and Competencies
Responsible to build excellent customer relationship.
Ensure profile completeness of registered customers.
Understand the needs of inbound/Outbound/Walk-in Customers and approach them appropriately to meet their requirements.
Ensure customer retention and renewal of membership by providing effective customer support services
Responsible for the upkeep of the retail infrastructure
Handling sales cash as per process and generating Pay in slips on receipt of payments and uploading the challan on the retail interface to support reconciliations
Maintaining internal logistics and providing timely details of petty cash to the Head Office.
Complying with corporate governance norms and ensuring all documents are updated for audit.
Ensuring timely opening and closing of the outlet; keeping it operational during functional hours and managing retail operations in the absence of the Relationship Manager.
Pleasing personality, excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in the regional language, selling and telemarketing skills, listening skills and service orientation.
Ability to understand the client requirements and sell the best suited package to them.
Ad o pt in MS Office and basic computer knowledge
Education & Experience
Graduate in any specialization with a minimum of 2 years prior experience in B2C Sales and Customer Service.
