Job Description
- Manage sales operations and achieve targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Provide product information and solutions to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on new products and promotions to enhance sales strategies.
- Proven experience in retail sales or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Strong knowledge of paints and coatings, including British paints.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
