Role- Branch Manager

Location- Delhi

Business: Retail Banking

Role Overview:
Responsible for driving overall branch performance including business growth, customer acquisition, operations, compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive CASA, retail assets, and third-party product sales

• Achieve branch revenue and profitability targets

• Lead and manage branch team performance

• Ensure superior customer service and issue resolution

• Maintain compliance with KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines

Requirements: Minimum 2yrs as a Branch Manager in Branch Banking. Strong exposure to branch operations, sales , and team management.
