Job Description
- Recruit, build, and manage a team of advisors/agents from different professional backgrounds.
- Provide training, guidance, and continuous motivation to team members to improve their performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales through the advisor network and ensure consistent business growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
- Maintain strong relationships with team members and ensure high engagement levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify new opportunities for business expansion and market penetration.
- Support advisors in client meetings and help them close deals effectively.
- Minimum Graduate (any stream).
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
- Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented individual.
