Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
  • Understand customer business requirements and qualify leads accordingly.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and generate interest in subscription plans.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Field Sales Officers (FOS) and ensure accurate lead handover.
  • Maintain and update call records, lead status, and meeting details in CRM.
  • Coordinate with FOS for follow-ups and meeting confirmations.
  • Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and meetings fixed.
