Role: Technology Recruiter/ Recruitment Specialist

Experience: 3+ years in recruitment (strong preference for technology hiring)
Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage top tech talent across LinkedIn and other platforms
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tech stacks
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and prejoining engagement
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines
• Use modern recruitment tools, Boolean search, and data-driven hiring strategies to meet hiring targets

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on IT / technology roles
• Good understanding of software development roles, cloud, data, QA, DevOps, PM, and related tech skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and candidates
• Energetic, self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Preferring Immediate Joiner
